From
Ongar(south of Fyfield) -at the Four Wantz roundabout on the A414,
take the road sign-posted to Fyfield & Gt Dunmow (B154).
or
From White Roding/Leaden Roding(north of Fyfield) on the A1060 turn
onto the B184 which is signposted to Fyfield.
When you come into the village of Fyfield, turn into the road between
the shop 'Fyfield stores' and the 'Queens Head pub',
and follow the road around a sharp left hand bend over the River Roding.
After a few 100 metres, turn right by the
church into Cannons Lane (there is a sign for E.S.G), follow
the lane to the end then turn left through the Iron Gate (again there
is a sign for E.S.G) and continue up the track for about 1/4 mile
past a lake on the right hand side then across the dis-used air strip
(it's always best to look before you cross !)
The Shooting ground will be in front of you.

the A1 -Leave the A1 at North Muskham. Follow the signs to Ollerton
A616 - continue on the A616 through Ollerton - at the 2nd roundabout
(Big Fish/MacDonalds) continue on the A616 Worksop Road - Stile
Hollow Shooting Ground is approx 1/2 mile
on the right.
Look out for broken white lines on the right hand side of the road
and white gate posts and a green gate.
From M1 north bound - Leave
the M1 at J27 towards Annesley on the A611. Continue on the A611
until the junction with the A617. Now continue on the A617 until
the junction with the A614. Now continue on the A614 towards Ollerton
until you reach the roundabout with the A616 (Big Fish/MacDonalds).
Turn left onto the A616 (Worksop Road) - Stile Hollow Shooting Ground
is approx 1/2
mile on the right.
Look out for broken white lines on the right hand side of the road
and white gate posts and a green gate.
From M1 south bound - Leave
the M1 at J31 towards Worksop on the A57. Continue on the A57 until
the junction with the A614 just before the A1 junction. Now continue
on the A614 towards Ollerton. At the roundabout at Ollerton take
the 5th exit A616 Worksop Road - Stile Hollow Shooting Ground is
approx 1/2
mile on the right.
Look out for broken white lines on the right hand side of the road
and white gate posts and a green gate.
